Ueli Kellenberger’s cuisine is inventive, he cooks fresh produce from the market in accordance with the seasons. Fruit and vegetables come from the area around Bad Ragaz, and the meat is supplied by his brother’s butchery.
Those who are familiar with the Rössli simply sit down at the tables and have their meals served without even looking at the Menu. Ueli changes the four-to-six-course menu every week.
Would you like to drink and dine with your friends, relatives or clients? Doris and Ueli Kellenberger greatly enjoy arranging banquets for groups of eight to forty people.
