Meet the hosts of Rössli: Doris and Ueli Kellenberger. Since 1997, they have been running the family business in its fourth generation. Doris lovingly takes care of the guests’ well-being, while Ueli, as the head chef, unfolds his passion for the culinary arts. For the past three years, they have been supported by their daughter Svenja, who acts as an all-rounder and takes care of all matters, especially everything sweet. Son-in-law Julian enriches the kitchen team with his talent and passion for cooking. Together with a long-standing team, they carry on the tradition and spirit of Rössli.
